Digitization can and should actually provide us with relief, enrichment and connection, but we sometimes experience rather excessive demands, frustration and a lack of understanding.
After all, digital transformation is a process of change, and change requires a sense of purpose, understanding, tolerance for mistakes and, of course, leadership. Many digitization issues cannot be solved on a technological level, but on a human level.
In a group training session, we discuss fears and hopes on the subject of digitization, we jointly analyze success factors and develop concrete action plans. In an individual coaching session, the participants can examine their own understanding of leadership in the context of digital transformation.
