Resilient, inspiring, courageous, competent and, of course, humble – the expectations for leaders are huge. Do you and other leaders in your company really need to bring or develop all these qualities? Which values of these even fit you and/or your company? How can you succeed in establishing these in a leadership culture?
In a training/coaching session on the topic of leadership, the focus is on finding an authentic answer to these questions for yourself as a leader, either individually or as a group. Practical methods are also discussed, for example, how to
•develop employees,
•achieve important leadership goals and
