From an early age, I was fascinated by how people interact with each other and come to amazing results together, for better or for worse.
That’s why I studied psychology and began to learn and understand a lot about human logic, ‘psycho-logic’. As a behavioral and communication trainer I got the tools to make this knowledge tangible and understandable for my training participants.
Subsequently, I had the pleasure of accompanying leaders and their teams as a trainer at Daimler AG for more than 8 years. My training focus was on leadership and therefore on communication, on change, on motivation and always on personal development. As a trainer for international groups, I was able to experience interculturality, clear up clichés and see some confirmed. For me, there is still no secret recipe – as with any diversity in a group – but there is a huge potential for enrichment.
As a Digital Learning Expert at Daimler AG, I then spent the next 6 years expanding my knowledge of digital learning methods, always with the goal of making learning as easy as possible for our participants. From pure virtual formats with avatars or in webinar style to e-learning formats and mixed approaches of face-to-face and virtual trainings, I tested everything and also learned here that there is not ONE solution. It is much more important to respond individually to the respective needs. Technology should always be a facilitator and an enabler, not an additional burden.
After all the years in a large company, the step into freelancing was a long-awaited wish. As a trainer and consultant, I am able to immerse myself in a wide variety of corporate worlds and tackle very different challenges together. I offer both face-to-face and blended and purely virtual formats, can use tried-and-tested training scripts or respond to individual needs. Change, especially in the context of digital transformation, as well as communication and leadership are my particular focus areas. I look forward to your contact request.
